Elena Bley is Senior Manager Webinars & Training and Product Owner at Model Engineering Solutions GmbH (MES).

As a member of the MES team since 2015, she has been responsible for a wide range of tasks at the intersection of professional training and technical communication. Her work includes the planning and management of webinars and training courses, the continuous development of digital communication channels, and the coordination of cross-functional projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. In addition, she creates technical content, videos, and other educational formats for diverse audiences.

Combining technical expertise with strong communication skills, she makes complex topics related to software quality, model-based development, and functional safety accessible and easy to understand. Her goal is to foster knowledge sharing within the engineering community and support continuous learning.
