Fees for Open-Enrollment Training Classes
The price per person is published next to the date of the training class. All fees exclude VAT. All fees are payable upon receipt of invoice prior to the training class. Refreshments and lunch are included for all non-virtual training classes.
Discounts for Open-Enrollment Training Classes
Unless otherwise stated on the training page or in the registration form, the following combinable discounts are applicable:
- 10% Early bird discount for registrations received 30 days prior to the event
- 25% Group discount when registering more than one participant or training class at the same time
- 40% Discount for students and university faculty members
In-House Training Classes
All our training classes are also available as training classes exclusively for your team or organization. These training classes can take place either at your company or online. We tailor the contents, start times, and agenda to suit your specific needs and challenges.
The fees for in-house training classes vary depending on the topic, duration, location, number of trainers, and the amount of days. For inquiries, please contact us.
Training Certificates
The prices for all training classes include training material and a certificate of participation.
Participants of selected training classes have the option of obtaining an additional Certificate of Competency after passing an evaluation test. Certificates of Competency are issued by independent societies, i.e. the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) or the Technische Akademie Esslingen (TAE). The cost for a Certificate of Competency is € 400 plus VAT (where applicable).

Number of Participants
The number of training class participants is limited to 12 to facilitate an optimal learning environment.
Registration and Cancellation for Open-Enrollment Training Classes
Registration should be completed 14 days prior to the event. After the deadline, registrations are available on request.
Participation may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days prior to the training class. For cancellations up to 7 days prior to the relevant training class, the cancellation fee comprises 50% of the training fee plus VAT. 100% of the participation fee will be charged for all cancellations after this date or non-appearance on the day.
Registered participants may find a replacement participant if desired. This change is free of charge. You will be fully refunded if a training class cannot take place as scheduled.
Training Classes Provided by Third Parties
Different fees and conditions apply to training classes offered by third-party providers. These conditions are shown in the booking process.
